Yes, at Night, units do not lose concealment when advancing (whether the
Location is Illuminated or not) -- E1.31.  The presence of concealed units
invokes possible Ambush (A11.4).

If the unit successfully ambushes its opponent and eliminates/captures
everyone that it attacks, it may keep its concealment -- A11.4.  This is true
whether it's day or night.
