I'm pretty sure MMP will refuse to publish AoA for your birthday, purely on
principle. On the principle that they don't know what "AoA" is, that is <g>.

Sure -- expend all your MPs. There are lots of ways to expend MPs without
actually going anywhere, as others in this thread have already demonstrated.
Probably the *easiest* way to do it is Stop, Delay for as many MP as required,
Start.

Be cautious of the "wiggle-waggle" approach of changing your CA: as far as I
know, changing CA is a flat cost of 1 MP per vertex changed (i.e., you can't
elect to expend more than 1 MP per vertex). So if your vehicle has an odd
number of MP, "wiggle-waggling" may leave you facing in a different direction
than the one you started in (unless you turn more than 1 vertex at a time,
etc., but that may be dangerous if there are enemy guns looking for a
vulnerable side or butt to shoot at).

Yes, it's another example of ASL Physics: vehicles with an even number of MP
can drive very slowly in a straight(ish) line more easily than vehicles with
an odd number of MP <g>.
