Granted.  But also, the Wounded SMC is not expending any MF when it is being 
carried, so can it really be said to be "moving"?  I can think of no other 
instance (NRBH) where a unit is considered to be "moving" without expending 
any MF/MP.  The entire point of the argument is whether or not the Wounded 
SMC is "moving", not whether it is considered to be "conveyed" or 
"portaged".

The reference in A10.4 states that a broken unit may not "move" except 
during the RtPh.  The implication is that a broken unit may not expend MF 
except during the RtPh.  Arguably, a Wounded leader that is being carried is 
not "moving".  The MMC doing the carrying is the unit doing the "moving".

I am unwilling to take the argument any further than that, because it would 
be pointless.  I have never attempted it, nor seen it attempted.  But 
Janusz' original question suggests that others have stumbled on this issue, 
and it seems a case could be made either way.

I'm just glad there aren't any DR involved... ;-)
