[ASLML] Question for Perry

My ASLRBv2 Index has an entry for No Quarter that says
thus:

"...[in PTO in/after 6/42: G1.621]..."

This seems to infer that No Quarter is dependent upon
PTO, however section G1.621 makes no mention of PTO.
Now I know that a person should ignore the index and
use the rule instead, but why would that exist in the
index worded in such a way, and can we get an erratta
either for the ASLRBv2 Index (I don't have a version 1
to compare either) or for rule G1.621 in the event
that either are in error? (which is probably the
index)
