[ASLML] A47 "White Tigers" terrain SSR ?

I set this up in VASL; maybe the VASL overlay is wrong.  I'll pull the
actual overlay and compare them this evening.

There's certainly an error, and I think it's in the way you've set your
boards
up.  There is a road *on* overlay 3, it's not covered up by anything, and
it's
part of the road network as defined by the SSR.
