Like every other multi-hex building that does not have the centre dot in the
building depiction, I would assume.
How do you treat 6K2 or 8O2?
If it's clearly a building hex, then it's clearly a building hex, no matter
where the centre dot lies. B.1 is a guideline, not a cast-iron rule with no
exceptions.
