I do not read the EX.  I *know*, I *know*... they are an official part of 
the ASLRB, and all that.  But they are grossly mis-used...

Having said that, I reserve further comment until I read this one more 
carefully.  Thanks for pointing it out, I may get back to you on this.  (I 
gather now from Jim's earlier comment that this has been hashed about on the 
ASLML before...)
