In your situation, an *Ambush* cannot occur.  See A11.4 for the conditions 
that may result in an Ambush.

In your situation, the Infantry would qualify for *Streetfighting* Ambush 
(A11.8).  The modifiers are -1/+1 vs a vehicle.

I have always felt that "Streetfighting Ambush" (A11.8) was unfortunately 
named.  It's too similar to "Ambush" (A11.4), which is something different.  
Leads to confusion, too.
