[ASLML] ABtF Campaign Questions

hi,

my son corey and i are trying to play the ABtF campaign game, and we 
have several questions that are plaguing us!  any help answering them 
would be appreciated.

1.  Do the Brits gain block control by controlling 1 or more 
Strategic Locations in a block or must they physically occupy *all* 
SL's in the block by the first RePh?

2.  Is Block H controlled by the German at the start of the 17N 
scenario or must they likewise control *all* SL's in the block before 
they can claim control?

3.  Are *any* blocks controlled by the German at the start, or does 
the idea of "block control" only come into meaning during the first 
(and subsequent) RePh's?

4.  Suppose at the end of the 17N scenario units of both sides are in 
Block H.  do all forces have to leave the block due to not having 
block control, or can the germans stay?
