[ASLML] A72 Italian Brothers help

Hello.  I am planning to play A72 this weekend at our club meeting.  The 
scenario card indicates the Republicans (Allied Minor counters) move first.  
My gaming partner said he found an AAR where the Nationalist moved first.  

Is there official errata that says the Nationalists (Italian counters) move 
first?  We have already seen the errata regarding the setup location for the 
Republicans and the faulty SSR 5 (?).  

Help!  We want to play this right.  Thanks in advance.
