turret hit, would it not?

As far as I can see, you've got it perfectly right. Since you are firing a
LATW, Case E would not apply (only Guns use Case E, C5.5). The only other
DRM in your example are Case C (+5, per C5.3), and Case P (+1 for target
size, D9.54). Plus, don't forget the target is HD, for being Dug-In (also
D9.54).
