And I see you took the opportunity to turn a discussion about a TPP into a
chance to slam MMP.
Perhaps if you limited your observations to what is relevant and being
discussed (your opinion of Evan Sherry and SP and the quality of their
products) and left out what is irrelevant (your feelings about MMP)).
people would listen more closely to what you have to say.
As it is, what I take out of your message is that you hate MMP and love TPP
and so therefore any comments you make are going to be viewed through your
biased POV. Maybe that's not what you meant, but that's how it comes across.
As for SP...personally, I agree with you that I have always found them to
be very customer oriented, and have never had a problem with them. I do
know that there have been a couple of other people who have had a hard time
contacting them recently, and I do think that the tenor of the response was
somewhat inappropriate. But, that's just my opinion.
