I'm not overly worried about Evan's manner, and I don't consider that I was
insulted.  I simply ignored his comments about what I had considered "as the
defender" as being irrelevant to the question that I asked.

I do think it's important that the decision of what constitutes a poor setup
should be left to the player to decide, and not the scenario card.  The
scenario card only needs to clarify what is a *legal* setup ....
