While we're on the subject, what is the deal with the ER map? Did the map
designer have even a nodding acquaintance with the ASLRB? There are many hexes
where the dominant terrain (jungle mostly) clearly doesn't encompass the center
dot (I14, J14, F17, M20, BB10, etc.). How should those hexes be played? If
you're going to use "common sense", then I suppose you'd say they are jungle.

But what about CC15 where the Lvl 4 crest lines appears to *bisect* the friggin
center dot? And the freaky crest lines in M17 and M18 which are visible on the
right side of the hex but are hidden by jungle, especially as they approach the
center dot? Are those two hexes Lvl 1 or Lvl 0? How much of the hex has to be
enclosed in the crest line to be considered one level or the other? If the map
designer intended a move from M17 to N16 to be an Abrupt Elevation Change
(crossing two crest lines), why didn't he draw the Double Crest in N16 like he
did in T17 or S18? There was a list of hexes circulated a while back that was
supposed to help resolve any ambiguities, but it doesn't list M17 and M18, which
I feel are the most questionable on the map (and quite likely to actually be
occupied during a game).

Word to the wise, before playing any scenarios, and certainly the CG game on
this map, discuss it with your opponent. You don't want to have it come up
during play.
