AND... there would be no need for such clarification -- or question -- for 
those with 2nd Ed ASLRB...

AND ... wouldn't it be better to actually quote the rule that now exists 
(i.e. 2nd Ed ASLRB) rather than quoting a Q&A that might, just might, be 
obsolete?

Seems to me that a quote from 2nd Ed ASLRB would be more helpful to Original 
ASLRB owners than an old Q&A that may leave them to wonder whether it is now 
obsolete.

I know, I know... you're fond of your growing collection of Q&A...

PS:  I STILL think that Q&A should be differentiated between Original ASLRB 
and 2nd Ed ASLRB.
