The VC terminology on old scenarios isn't always tight.  The original
(ASL) version of Guards Counterattack also used "sole control" in the VC,
but MMP updated it to Building Control when it was re-released in ASL
Classic (available for download on the MMP web page).

So I think other scenarios that say "sole control" should also be
interpreted as building control.
