FYI...

When one gains control of the building no enemy units can be present in the 
building. However, once control is gained enemy units can come and go in 
that building without changing control. The opposition would have to clear 
the building of all your units to change control.

IOW, one can have control of a building even if there are enemy units in 
the building...as long as you still have at least one armed unit in said 
building.

The term "sole control" is simple laziness. The designer didn't want to go 
to the trouble to explain what was meant. In fact, there is no other way to 
control a building other than "solely" since only one side or the other 
will control the building.

I suspect the designer _intended_ that not only must control the building 
but that no enemy units can be in the controlled building. Unfortunately 
"sole control" is not nearly enough to say that.
