Huh?  To control a Building, you must first have "an armed, Good Order 
Infantry MMC at any non-rooftop, non-subterranean level of any hex of a 
building... as long as the conditions of 26.11 are fulfilled." (A26.14).  
Per A26.11, "a side gains Control of a ... building by occupying it with an 
armed Good Order Infantry MMC without the presence of an armed enemy ground 
unit... in that same... building."  If an enemy unit is present in the 
building, you do not control it.

Thought it was "no armed, *Good Order*, enemy unit" (emphasis added). Or am
I mixing up V1 and V2 of The Rules?
