[ASLML] ? 'bout 2ndEd and SASL

SASL2 has all of the nationalities represented except the Axis Minors and
Finnish. The charts for those supposedly will be released in AoO and HP
respectively. SASL2 has 21 missions (7 more than the original), including
missions involving air drops/glider landings and amphibious attacks (both on
offense and defense). It absolutely rocks.
