[ASLML] Crisis on the Abucay Line

Sorry - I don't recall the original message from Bearly, which was why this 
struck me as a public response to a private post.  Other than remembering 
the Q on Abucay.

And I do have to give you credit - I am unfamiliar with the scenario so did 
not spend a lot of time with the thread, and did not even realize that the 
scenario number was not included.  You're willingness to actually do some 
research and look stuff like this up is really above and beyond 
IMO.  Thanks for that.
