What edition of BV do you have?  If 2nd edition possibly you have discovered
some previously-unknown errata.

BV provides 4  x PaK 35/36 counters (German) and 4 x PTP obr 30 counters
(Russian).  The only difference between them (aside from the colour) is that
the German counters have the HEAT and APCR information on them also.

(I believe BV2 also included a single 37L AT counter in Finnish grey.)
