I'm not aware of any "corrected counter" solution for this misprint.
Nor do I know if all copies sold of BV 2nd. Ed. had this misprint.

Thankfully, the pieces are the same save for:
   o  the H[9] note that should be on the front and
   o  the HEAT availability data that should appear on the back
of the German piece (see Chap H p H-26 note 6).  But it would take
a finer hand than mine to completely pen-amend these pieces.  Good luck.
