There's no such thing as an "original MC".  There are, however, "original
DR" -- so you could have an "original MC DR", that is, the dice rolled,
prior to any modification, when an MC is required.  Check the Index.

Example: you fire at a unit and score a NMC result.  You roll the dice: 6.
The Original DR is 6.  The Final DR is also 6.

You score a 1MC and roll a 6 again.  The Original DR is still 6; the Final
DR is now 7.

No, but an interdiction MC is still a MC like any other, so the normal
results of MC can apply, including HoB.
