[ASLML] New VASL....

OK, after 40 minutes I un installed all my VASL files and got ver 12 
running again, so at least I can play.  I went back to the website so that 
I could try to re-download/install those files.  When I hit the "download" 
button I get an error message "Splash: sysCreateListenerSocket 
failed."  Anyone have any idea what this means, and what needs to be done 
to get it to go away?
