[ASLML] Finding ASLRB in NW Europe

I received a request from a gentleman called Hans in Antwerp, Belgium, who
wants to know if there is any way to find a copy of the ASL rulebook (new or
used) in the Benelux, and if not, even France, Germany or the UK?

Since I am a long way from those parts of the world, I'm forwarding his
request so that someone who lives closer can help him with contact details
for some "local" game stores, preferably one with an ASLRB :-).  Hans'
