I'll second what Sam said.  A26.212 gives the CVP calculation for vehicles.  It
is the total from this calculation that is halved in the VC for ABTF4.  Note
that A26.211 separately gives the CVP for crews.  Since A26.212 says nothing
about the crew of the vehicle being added to the CVP total for that vehicle,
there is no halving for a crew's CVP value.

Good scenario selection, BTW.  ROAR has it as 20 British victories to 22 German,
so starting to approach a significant number of data points.
