Nothing has changed there. MMP hasn't ever discouraged me from buying and
supporting fanzines. They just have this nasty habit of asking people to
publish without violating Hasbro's copyright. 

This comes up regularly from folks who seem to enjoy *itching. I understand
that there is sometimes disagreement about what "violates" copyright - but
Curt himself posted here on this list that it was OK to publish scenarios,
fanzines, articles, etc. Just use your own artwork ...
