NRBH so I may well be wrong, but I believe the choice is yours just as if you
were Infantry.
In other words, you may manhandle along the road for 2 MF with no TEM and the
-2 for Hazardous Movement, or you may manhandle through the woods portion for
4 MF with +1 TEM and -2 Hazardous Movement. (is someone now going to jump up
and say you can't combine TEM with HM???)
Regarding the Manhandling DR, IIRC I believe it would be +0 along the road,
or +5 through the woods (+1 TEM and +4 for the MF).
It's up to you.
