The intention was to allow movement between cellars and ground level in
all building hexes as if a stairwell was present. Interesting catch. Someone
can post a reply to the ASLML if necessary.

Hi,

we're just about to play MP5 The Rats of Hamich.

It's played on board 42, which has a number of Single Story houses.

MP5 SSR 2 says "RB Cellar rules apply (06.0-O6.7) [EXC: All buildings
have RB Cellars. Inherent FP is not halved per O6.4]."

O6.2 enumerates the possible ways of entering/exiting the RB Cellar
(which includes a Stairwell).

A Single Story house has no Stairwell, and therefor you may only
enter/exit the RB Cellars from the OB given trenches. Is this 
correct? 
Is it intentional?
