I've already stated why I think the rules say that, but you just brushed
over that, apparently because it was inconvenient to your argument.

Because the v1 Q&A was stupid (for reasons which I've previously outlined)?
I'm just guessing, but as an answer it certainly works for me.

??  But it *has* changed, since the old Q&A prohibited > 1 dummy counters
under a real unit, and the new rules don't.  See -- I *told* you that you
were confused.
