*What* rule?  I may well have been playing rules wrong for years, but I
don't see that you could get that information from this particular
conversation.

If you mean, I've been putting dummies down before placing real units, well,
yeah, I do sometimes do that, and indeed I will continue to do so, *because
it doesn't matter*, as it seems I've mentioned three or four times already.
(And I see that others agree with me.)

Ha, ha!  MMP changed *many* rules in 2nd edition without any indication,
because they botched up the change-tracking.  I've said as much many times
in the past.  So, no, I don't find that strange at all.

*What* illegal setup?  I can assure you that my setups are perfectly legal,
and I do not create dummies that I am not entitled to.  What I *don't* do is
obsess about when I put dummies down as opposed to when I put real units
down.  At the end of the day my counts are correct.

Then why do read "single counter" and interpret it as "many counters"?
Personally, that seems to me like you're *very* confused.
