See the last sentence of D2.11... "A VCA can also be changed ... at the end 
of any fire phase in which it is still eligible to fire a turret/bow-mounted 
weapon (3.12 and C3.22)."

And again in D3.12, about halfway down the paragraph... "... the VCA may 
change ... at the end of any friendly fire phase in which the AFV is 
eligible to fire (a ... turret/bow-mounted weapon for VCA) without using 
Intensive Fire..."  [2nd Ed ASLRB]

And of course, since an AAMG is neither turret-mounted nor bow-mounted, it 
wouldn't qualify for *any* of the "free" CA changes of C3.22, D2.11, and 
D3.12.

Me, too.  Unfortunately, the ASLRB doesn't like simplicity, and insists upon 
scattering similar or related rules all over the d*** place!

Anyway, you've been on a real roll of late.  Maybe this one was *too* 
simple... <g>
