Yep, I agree with your reasoning, Sam.  I just sent a post to that effect 
which crossed this one in the wires.

You're right, though technically the HIP unit is not claiming the WA, the 
now-concealed-but-onboard unit is claiming WA... ;-)

Yes, I now believe my original conclusion was wrong.  I may still send a 
question to Perry for clarification, however.  (I just have to come up with 
the careful wording... you know, "yes or no" answer...)
