I was wrong when I wrote:

B9.324 says a hidden unit can't claim WA while hidden. BUT - the HIP unit
can claim the WA when an enemy unit moves adjacent and tries to declare WA.
So, I think what we have is this...
The HIP guy sets up - without wall advantage.
During play, the enemy move adjacent to the HIP guy and declare WA.
The player who owns the HIP unit then declares "No, I have a HIP unit
here... Place him on the board concealed and claim WA then.
I also -think- the HIP-owning player could remain HIP, but then he risks
having the moving unit "bump" into him -.... could he THEN claim WA when
he's revealed by the bump? I think so.
