O5.52 says Gutted Factories are all Roofless...and O5.4 says Roofless
Factories all have Factory Debris...which O5.41 says only exists within the
building depiction. So yes, the whole hex--or that part within the
building--has Factory Debris. Naturally, this leads you back to our earlier
discussion of hexside and non-Inherent Terrain...which I would still say
falls under A6.1 and means the hexside won't Hinder shots unless both hexes
of that hexside have Factory Debris.
