I disagree.  There are one or two old Q&A that were not incorporated into
the 2nd edition, for reasons that are not obvious, which is unfortunate
since (a) they are important and (b) their answer is not at all obvious from
the 2nd edition (let alone 1st edition) text.

("Leadership and applying Leader DRM are equivalent for all purposes" is the
most obvious "missing" Q&A.)

Granted, only one or two aberrant examples out of hundreds is a pretty
decent score, but it does mean that they stick out like sore thumbs when you
come across them.

Thank goodness for the FAQ, hey?
