All true... Of course since its out of print, some are having difficulty
getting their hands on a V2 rule book.

The problem, I think is that some of the Q&A still applies but was not
(should not have been, either) incorporated into V2 rule book because it was
unnecessary... Unnecessary in the sense that the answer was plainly in the
rules. But still needed in that it was unclear to SOMEONE.
