Of course, the catch with firing your IFP first is that you might cower, and
thus lose your PF option altogether.  Which is worse? <g>

On a similar note, too many people forget that their US squads can lob WP with
relative ease, making them more dangerous than might be expected if they get
up close.  (Other nationalities have WP grenades too, but only the US have
them in decent quantities.)  I've found these to be particularly useful when
fighting through bocage.
