[ASLML] Stahler's PI in the Annual

I really think that the ASLRB II is more user friendly to the PI system devised by Jim Stahler ages ago. Was there much to be updated on the PI so it could be used with ASLRB II?  Once you got past the A.3 and A.4, and still had your sanity, you were home free! ;-)
