Hi Trev,

Suspect that they're probably arising from HTML e-mails that have 
been converted to text. AOL enforces HTML emails (for some 
inexplicable reason), so see if you're getting them from folks with 
AOL addresses.
Not sure whether this is a list setting or something on your mail 
program, but probably the latter.
