[Aslml] SALSA! Nationalities Added

For those being creeped out by the silence of the ASLML, I updated SALSA!.

SALSA! itself had a few bugs and minor changes fixed. However, new nationality files had been added thanks to Peter Heller (from Denmark I believe). Specifically, the following files are new:

US PTO (Phil. Army)
US PTO (non USMC)
French (Vichy) PTO
French (Vichy) Non-PTO
Chinese XY
Chinese GMD
British (PTO)
British (Non-PTO)

This also completes the basic nationality set. No doubt there are corrections still to be made, and perhaps I overlooked a nationality or two. Please feel free to write me if you have questions about this.
