[ASLML] "Mac Sez" and "Perry Sez"

I knew you had compiled/written that ASL FAQ, I remembered hearing about 
that at some point.

I agree with that.  It is very practical to apply the Perry Sez in many 
circumstances.

I totally agree that the TD has the right to make a ruling, using any method 
he chooses, if the players can't agree between themselves.

There have been a couple Perry Sez in the last year or so that I do not 
agree with, but most likely would play them as answered if the situation 
came up.  The latest (FG DRM business) is the only one that has caused me 
serious hesitation.

I know that many do not agree with me, but I find the question too 
fundamental to be considered laid to rest yet.  When (if) the situation 
arises during play, I'll resolve it amicably with my opponent and move on, 
just like I (and the entire ASL universe) does.  Then, I'll hit the ASLML 
and moan some more!
