My point was this:  How can I know *for sure* that any ruling is actually 
from The Source?  The only way to absolutely know *for sure* is by 
consulting the official source.  Which is some official MMP publication, 
whether printed or electronic.

It's not about trusting Perry.  It's not about whether he exists, or whether 
quotes attributed to him really did come from him.

It's about *knowing with certainty* that a ruling is actual.  The *only way* 
to know that is by consultnig *official sources*.  The ASLML is not one of 
those.
