You -know- this is false. There are lots of links on the site that point to
club web sites. A link to another site -never- indicates official sanction
(and not just in ASL either).
If you play at Enfilade (where I am king) you will be asked to settle rules
disputes with your opponent. But if you ask me for a ruling I -will- use
both official and unofficial Q&A in interpreting the rules. I believe this
is perfectly reasonable.
