Throughout this discussion, I find myself agreeing with camp "no"
[accumulation]. Just as well really, as Christopher and I are playing a CG!
To say that everybody being +1 CX, is less detrimental than everybody having
one of a variety of +1's like Encirclement, Hindrance, whatever, just seems
like a complete nonsense. +1 is +1 is +1. It's all the same.
Either just use a single unit's worst case, or accumulate everything
(including multiple cases of CX). I like consistency.
