Jim,
As I asked another person, would your "very satisfactory process" also
apply if the oversight was not discovered until the DFPh of your player
turn? And you opponent now claims that he does not have to apply Case C
because he is stopped? In addition to now possibly being able to apply
Case L? In this case it would seem that your solution rewards the guy who
screwed up.
Or is it really just kind of an arbitrary judge/jury/hangman approach that
you are suggesting where every situation is different? Oh, you forgot to
move your vehicle, but it's your DFPh now so stopping would be better for
you, and we can't have that...let's just Malf your MA then, ok?
If you're not going to be consistent then your "rule" is no rule at all IMO.
If I forgot to fire my MG stack marked Opp Fire will you insist that I malf
the MG too? After all, I _might_ have rolled boxcars!
