In all seriousness, I'm not grasping this.  I find that a Wounded SMC is 
reduced to three MF, but I do not see that a Wounded SMC is ineligible to 
receive the Road Bonus MF.

What am I overlooking?  E.g., a broken unit is given six MF, an amound that 
"can never be increased".  I can't find anything like that for the Wounded 
unit's MF assignment.

Yes, but why couldn't a Wounded SMC, carrying 0 PP, move along the road and 
then receive the Road Bonus MF?  What is preventing that?
