[ASLML] armored assault question

There is a pathfinder doing armored assault in a shallow ocean hex. Normal
is DRM -1 FFNAM, +1 AFV. If the pathfinder-AFV stack move into a shallow
ocean hex containing a wreck, does the wreck modifier apply?

My thought is "no", because rule D9.3 says "This TEM is applicable only if
the unit can claim no other positive TEM, but is cumulative with any
SMOKE/Hindrance DRM".

The pathfinder is already claiming a positive TEM from the AFV with which it
is doing the armored assault.
