I'm also of the opinion that half-hexes do not exist on the paper map
for reasons that Mario points out, 'A17' especially, contradicting the
geo and HASL standards that Dave cites...at any rate, I sent Perry a Q&A
on the subject a couple of days ago and will post his reply as soon as I
receive it
