Yeah I was making them up!  My bad...I'll try not to compound it by making 
some silly argument that the rule really doesn't say that...or that it does 
"say" it but it "means" something different.

Don't want to give Tate his new flamewar topic on this one!  Maybe 
something else with more potential!  :-)
